What is Pitch Latino?
Pitch Latino is a signature event of Latino Founders that brings together entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and community leaders to celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit within the Latino community.
Pitch Latino is closely related to Pitch Black, an annual event for Black-owned businesses that was launched in 2015 by Stephen Green, who is now the executive director of Business for a Better Portland.
Like Pitch Black, Pitch Latino provides a platform for emerging entrepreneurs to display their creativity, engage with investors, and receive valuable feedback.
This year’s event will provide:
A pitch competition where entrepreneurs present their business concepts
Networking opportunities to foster collaborations and partnerships
Mentorship sessions to help refine business strategies
Why Bend, Oregon?
Bend’s growing and diverse population makes it the perfect location for Pitch Latino. As a hub for innovation, the city offers Latino entrepreneurs access to a wealth of resources and opportunities, creating a bridge between urban and rural entrepreneurial ecosystems across Oregon.
This event is not just a competition—it’s a celebration of community, growth, and the resilience of Latino entrepreneurs. The live audience vote will decide the winners, making it a fully interactive experience.
